Print Background of Powerpoint 2007 Slides

by Dave Naffziger on July 7, 2008 at 11:16 am

This was way too hard to figure out.

If you have a powerpoint slide with a graphic background, the background is hidden if you print in black and white or greyscale.

To print the backgrounds, change the print options to ‘color’. You’ll get the images even though you’re printing to a B&W printer.

Thanks! I was searching their help files to no avail.

It's bringing down the resolution of my background, anyone have any suggestions for that?

My Human Scrabble Tiles now look like Scrabble tiles.

Thanks Dave. I've spent ages on the Microsoft 'Help' site trying to figure this out. One google search and you've sorted it

I understand but how do I make it that when I print, the full background is a single colour [no border]? Thanks
