I live in a new development in Northern Virginia, near DC. In 2009, MapQuest was the first to have my location, and consistently has the most current satellite photos. Google maps is second with satellite imagery, but last with map data. Yahoo is second with map data, but last with imagery. Bing maps (Microsoft) is last in both categories.
